Niper has been there since the begining, our first member added that wasn't already known by anyone in Globotek.
He has been loayl since, and helped many members through alot of shit.
Not to mention, he is a fine Troll.
He is someone that, in any other clan, would be an excelling rank.
And I personally think he damn well deserves it here.
