You lost me at MMO.
And before anyone asks, I used to play Guild Wars. A lot. All three of the original games in fact. And then I realized how much life I was losing to it, so I stopped that shit forever.

unfortunately you still lose your life and get caught up more in the game than real life. you just have to not get sucked into it totally. the second you start buying OTHER stuff with guild wars 2 name on it or spend more than 40 houirs a week on it. its sucked you in.
